Zambia Map

Zambia's general accommodation infrastructure isn't sophisticated. The safari industry however, is small but specialised and the safari accommodations compare very favourably with those found in Botswana and Zimbabwe.

This applies as much to the lodges as it does to the seasonal bush camps and the few mobile-tented safaris that operate in the Luangwa, Kafue and Zambezi regions.

Zambia's relatively undeveloped infrastructure, remoteness and truly excellent safaris makes it one of our preferred destinations - we do as many safaris in Zambia as we do in Zimbabwe despite the long standing reputation and popularity of our "home base".
